"Live, Laugh, Lor" unites all Singapore universities for the first time in a dynamic 4-night showcase with the Singapore Night Festival, celebrating the rhythms of contemporary Singaporean identity.
A vibrant 4-night music and dance showcase, presented in collaboration with the Singapore Night Festival—and for the first time ever, uniting all Singapore universities on one stage.
Audiences can look forward to a dynamic line-up of collaborative performances, including a five-university dance ensemble and a three-institution acapella act, celebrating the diverse and evolving expressions of contemporary Singaporean identity.

SMU MLCC Rentak
SMU MLCC’s very own percussion wing ; SMU MLCC Rentak was established back in 2016 with the intention of sharing the love of the Malay traditional percussion and music with everyone. Our initial percussion compositions have grown to include more new music, taking inspiration from the Nusantara, with traces of the Minangkabau, Javanese and Arabic influence amongst many more. Each song is crafted to challenge our musical ability, spread joy and lift the spirits of our members and fellow audiences

SMU Funk Movement
SMU Funk Movement (SMUFM) is a street style dance club that specialises in the funk styles Popping and Locking. Established in 2013, SMUFM aims to develop a close-knitted community of passionate funk-style dancers who value Respect, Humility and Discipline. Ranging from choreographies to freestyle sessions and dance battles, dancers from SMUFM take pride in their art form.

SMU Indancity
Founded in 2006, SMU INDANCITY is SMU's official contemporary dance club. Under the guidance of artistic director Hong Guofeng and technique master Andy Benjamin Cai, the club strives to uphold high standards of technique and professionalism. Besides our annual production – BEYOND, we are also regularly involved in school performances and hold classes for the public to encourage an appreciation of the contemporary art form.

SMU Stereometa
Stereometa is the SMU’s only DJ (Disc-Jockey) club, becoming one of the most exciting tertiary DJ collectives in the nightlife industry. Equipped with industry grade equipment, our club explores music without bounds. We facilitate training to hone our members into competent DJs, ultimately empowering them to freely express themselves through whatever genre of music they like!

NUS Ilsa Tari
Ilsa Tari is a beginner-friendly Malay dance group from NUS. The word ‘Ilsa’ is derived from the word ‘Asli’ which means native, signifying a bold new artistic direction for radical creativity in Malay Dance while acknowledging the importance of the past. Ilsa Tari extracts elements from traditional Malay Dance to explore contemporary themes while highlighting prevalent social issues to push the boundaries of creativity and modernity.

SUSS KDC
SUSS’ KPOP DANCE CREW (KDC) is a passionate team of students from the Singapore University of Social Sciences, united by a shared love for K-pop and performance. Established in 2021, we aim to foster a tight-knit community of dancers who are enthusiastic about K-pop choreography. We specialize in covering iconic dances with energy, precision, and stage presence. We hope to bring the spirit of K-pop to life on stage through our performances. Whether it's a powerful boy group routine or a sharp, stylish girl group cover, we’re here to captivate and connect!
